Using Pregnancy Yoga is really easy. There is no registration needed, no need to enter any personal information, or information about your pregnancy. As soon as you enter the app you’ll see a start button in the middle of the screen, and a couple of options at the bottom. If you tap on the start button, you’ll enter the exercise routine directly. In this interface, you’ll see an image of a character who’ll be doing the exercises with you. Also, on the upper part of the screen, you’ll see a status bar that indicates how far along you are in the exercise routine and the name of each pose. Lastly, the start button is located on the lower part of the screen.
Each pose is accompanied by a chronometer that counts down the seconds you should perform each pose. After the pose is completed, you’ll have to tap on the start button again. Continue doing so until you’ve finished the yoga routine. Pregnancy Yoga also gives you the option of customizing the difficulty level: easy, medium, hard. Depending on how far along you are in your pregnancy, you can adjust this parameter to fit your needs.
